Interested in working in production? Rubberduck are looking for an enthusiastic duck to assist across all aspects of our production department. The role will involve working on the broad spectrum of projects Rubberduck caters to, from online content right through to TV commercials. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp on the typical production workflow. Day to day tasks will include a broad range of activities such as budgeting, scheduling, and logistical planning for shoots. Coordinating casting, crew, location scouts, and equipment rentals. Managing production paperwork, releases and contracts as well as budget reconciliations; and assisting with on-set production to ensure all operations run smoothly such as coordinating on-set catering and refreshments, including coffee runs and meal arrangements for the crew. Additionally keeping the production office stocked and running smoothly by managing supplies and ordering what’s needed.
Core Skill Requirements
Excellent Organisational and Multitasking skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
Open to the Flexible Working Hours Required of Productions
Creative Thinking and Problem Solving Abilities
Collaborative Attitude and Team Player
